Data Requests

Use this process for account deletion and data export requests.

How to submit a request

  1. Email hello@melodious.ai from the account email.
  2. Use subject: Data Request: Delete Account or Data Request: Export Data.
  3. Include your user email and any relevant project/run IDs if known.

What happens next

  • We verify requester identity against the account email and auth records.
  • We acknowledge requests and provide processing status updates.
  • Target handling window: within 30 days unless legal obligations require longer retention.

Retention baseline

  • Billing/subscription records may be retained for tax/accounting/legal compliance.
  • Generated assets and session records are deleted with account deletion unless legal exceptions apply.
  • Operational logs follow infrastructure retention settings.
